Who we are

This website is run by Foxnack Foods, a sole proprietorship based at 3/77, First Floor, Old Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi 110060, India. GSTIN 07LIOPK3928C1ZY. FSSAI Lic. 13325999000377. Contact: hello@foxnack.in. "We", "us" and "our" mean Foxnack Foods. "You" means anyone using the site or placing an order.

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Orders

- When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email.

- We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price is shown wrongly, or we can't deliver to your pin code. If we do, we refund anything you've paid in full.

- Please give us correct name, address, phone and email. We aren't responsible for delays caused by wrong details.

Prices and payment

- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

- Delivery is ₹79 on orders under ₹500 and free from ₹500, as shown at checkout.

- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). We never see or store your card details.

- Prices and offers can change at any time. The price you see when you pay is the price you pay.

Delivery, returns and cancellations

See our Shipping and Returns policy. It forms part of these terms.

Food information

- Our products are vegetarian and made in India. Ingredients, allergens and nutrition are on each pack and on each product page.

- Check the label before you eat. Some flavours contain allergens (for example soya, peanut or milk), and are made in a facility that may handle other allergens. If you have an allergy, read the allergen line for that flavour first.

- Nutrition values are approximate and may vary slightly between batches.

- Best-before dates are printed on the pack.

Product images

Our photos and packaging artwork show the product as closely as we can. Pack design, sticker or batch details may vary slightly from what you see on the site. The product, flavour and weight are as described.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login private. You're responsible for what happens under it.

Intellectual property

Foxnack, the fox mascot (Nacko), our logos, artwork, photos, videos and website copy belong to us and are protected by law. The Foxnack name is a trademark in India (Class 30, application filed). Please don't copy or reuse any of it without our written permission.

Use of the site

Please don't misuse the site: no hacking, scraping, spam, or anything illegal. We may restrict access if you do.

Liability

We take care over every pack, but to the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights under Indian consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you place your order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction.
