Foxnack Foods (3/77, First Floor, Old Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi 110060) runs this site. This page explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions: hello@foxnack.in.

What we collect

- When you order: name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, and what you ordered.

- Payment: handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details. We only get confirmation that you've paid.

- When you browse: device and browser type, pages visited, approximate location, and cookies, collected through Shopify and similar tools.

- When you contact us or sign up: your email, phone and message, and your email if you join our mailing list.

Why we use it

- To take, pack, deliver and support your order, including sharing your details with our courier.

- To send order updates by email, SMS or phone, including calling you if an order is delayed.

- To send offers and news, only if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

- To run, secure and improve the site, and to meet tax and legal requirements (for example GST records).

Who we share it with

Only the people who help us deliver your order or run the site:

- Shopify (our store platform and checkout)

- Razorpay (payments)

- Shiprocket and its courier partners (delivery)

- Analytics and advertising tools, such as Meta and Google, if and when we switch them on. We'll list them in our cookie notice.

We don't sell your personal data.

We use cookies to keep your bag, remember your preferences (like the sound on/off setting) and see how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but the bag may not work properly.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting, usually up to 8 years. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop marketing messages, by emailing hello@foxnack.in. We may keep what the law requires us to.

Security

Payments and checkout run on Shopify and Razorpay's secure systems. No online service is perfectly secure, but we only collect what we need and limit who sees it.

Children

This site isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page.
