SHIPPING POLICY

Where we deliver: All over India, to every pin code our courier partners cover. Enter your pin code at checkout and it will tell you straight away.

Delivery fee:

- Orders under ₹500: ₹79 flat delivery.

- Orders of ₹500 and above: free delivery.

How long it takes: Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days. Every order is packed fresh, so dispatch can take 1–5 working days depending on production. If your order is running late, we'll call you ourselves and keep you posted.

Tracking: Once your order leaves us you'll get a tracking link by email and SMS. Questions on the way? Write to hello@foxnack.in with your order number.

Delivery attempts: Our courier will try to reach you on the phone number you gave at checkout. Please make sure it's right and someone can receive the parcel.

Wrong address: Check it before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email us before dispatch and we'll fix it. We can't change the address once the parcel is on its way.
